Uncertain eyes

It is all doomed to be
This second of stillness
When darkness shadowed her
Powerless cheeks
With coldness, again
But without pain, she stared
With that pair of uncertain eyes

The flashes once shined
Were crumbled
As if shattered into stones
As she crouched down behind me
Shall I surrender to the ground
And to her arms, like a child
But she only stared at my feet
As if I were not there

She could not look up
She would not look up
As the wind whistled in silence
And I held my breath to stand
Still, suddenly my body crashed
Into a little bottle buried under the sea
As if I were the only creature
Remained on earth
And the whole galaxy stared

Helplessly, and her uncertain eyes
Captured me, tender but cruel
I was scared but there was
Nowhere to hide, if only the stars
Could give me some hint, some clue
Some tiny little bit of hope
But the whole sky was filled with
Pairs and pairs of uncertain eyes

The fear built within
Was screaming while escaping
But my body grounded by the bottle
Remained soundless
For she has taken away all my voice
And she left her laughter in my nightmare
Her uncertain eyes crawled all over me
Coldness in darkness, without pain

Then one day
Her eyes became mine
